  : The manager, Safal (sp?), was very knowledgeable and helpful for all our questions and needs, he oversaw the evening dinner and the bar tender and front desk, and made good and took note to fix all the issues pointed out in the "didn't like" -- Great customer service from him!.
  : The room was very well set up for room and use, but here were the issues:Floor lamp and right bedside lamp not plugged in on arrival. Had to plug in floor lamp, but couldn't find the place to plug in right bedside lamp. Shower -- floor was EXTREMELY Slippery - one rubber mat only covered half the floor and getting in/out was very dangerous. Needed to put a hand towel on the floor plus the bath mat in order not to have spouse slip and fall. Consider some kind of grip tape or something to make that safer getting in and out of the shower. It is a great potential liability. The Tesla shuttle from/to the airport had a driver door that wouldn't latch and potentially made us late for arrival. Driver had to switch us in the vehicles at 5:30 in the morning. but they seemed to be short-staffed with people who knew the hospitality industry, knowledge of the shuttle cars, knowledge of the front desk check in/check out process. When checking in, the front desk person said they were new and didn't know of any restaurants in the area, neglecting to mention that the hotel had a working restaurant. When I mentioned that they seemed to have a bar, he guessed and thought it opened at 7, when in fact it was open by 5. More training needed!
