: Need access to a wash down area only area was a hose bibb in driveway. Replace rocks in driveway with something more feet friendly.

: Grass wasn’t cut n a lot of ants in kitchen upon arrive. Few lights didn’t work. One couch wasn’t comfortable to sit on but there were many other options to sit on

: Location was fantastic! Lots of local restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Layout of the house was great for us and there was everything you really needed. House Amenities were wonderful. We didn't have to bring all the incidentals you sometimes do with an Airbnb.
: Shared parking. The other vacationers acted like the shared drive was theirs to use since it was directly in front of their door, but it clearly states in the emails and paperwork that the driveway is shared between the two units and to please not block each other in. That was kind of annoying. That was more on the other people staying there and doesn't reflect on the rental company they were thorough and upfront about that. Beds were ok for a quick weekend away but staying longer would have proved to be a problem for my back. Not much cushion or comfort to them. Last thing is there were a whole lot of emails that came through even while there for just 2 days. It felt excessive.
