  : Breakfast ,pm happy hr snacks where impressive!There is private parking. Host and staff are very welcoming. The place is very clean , while keeping the homy charm. The location is best as is just few steps from the center, and galleries, but not right on the spanish st shops, so is rather quite.
  : Our reservations where for 2 nights 3 days.The storm Nicole was approaching and the source star coming in the surrounding areas, so we have to leave the next morning after 1st night.Not their fault. Just between cancellation policies and November (unusual) tropical storm combination was not ideal. I would it happily re schedule my stay when there was not a natural disaster happening, but there was not an available choice like a hotel would do .

  : Not as private I would have liked . Room was right off main dining lots of foot traffic from other guests
