: Great location close to downtown shopping and events. Private parking in back of rental. Nice neighborhood
: When we entered the residence there was an odor (kinda moldy smell) not clean or fresh. Indoor furniture needs to be upgraded. Outdoor furniture pads were stored outside in a wicked box which had become wet with black mold present. Black mold in shower. Soiled rugs in bedroom. Thought we had rented full house only to find other tenants on top floor with 2 young children who were up and about at 6 am. Rental has potential due to location but fell well short of a pleasant experience.

: The unit was in a great location, we could walk everywhere. It was also had everything you need. Unit was super clean.
: Check in was at 4:00. I had asked if we could check in earlier, since we would be arriving earlier. They said the cleaners needed time to clean the unit. We did not have time to really park and explore, so we parked by the unit at 2:30 and waited till 4:00. No one came or went out of the unit. Would have been nice to relax in the unit instead of waiting in the car. The only other negative was the smoke alarm was chirping when we got there, but it stopped when we reset it. Management did say they just changed the batteries and probably needed to be rest.

: Location, layout, front porch. It was close to everything and super easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go.
: Parking in the back was tight. Two cars would have been extremely difficult. Luckily we were able to park on the street most of the time. Would have loved table & chairs on front porch.
