  : Under significant construction and absolutely filthy (in a gross way, not a construction debris way).

  : They were going through major renovation but our room was clean.
  : They were going through major renovation and they are not part of the Best Western chain anymore and we weren't told that before booking or arriving. When we arrived they had no water for the first night and day with no alternate plans for guests.

  : Nothing at all. This hotel was not what was advertised. This hotel had heavy remodeling going on inside and out. The amenities were not as advertised either. No vending machines and cold breakfast only. The hotel name had chnaged and was not Best Western
  : Everything was incorrect with this booking. The hotel name, pictures, amenities, and cleanliness. It was no where close to the hotel viewed on line. I was unable to cancel the reservation without lossing my money but total false advertisement. Want refund

  : This is NOT BEST WESTERN PLUS!! THIS is some no name motel. It is completely falling apart and in the midst of being shut down.

  : The hotel was literally under construction. The elevator did not work one night. Did not have hot breakfast like expected. Holes in walls. Construction noise all the time starting early morning.. shower rod hanging in the bathroom. Very dusty.

  : Under construction, filthy, holes & stains all over the furniture in the room. Bathtub did not drain and there was mold all round the edge of tub. Overall, absolutely gross and would not ever recommend.
