  : the location is the only good thing as it is right at the ski school and slopes.
  : the mattresses where very old and worn. the bunk bed was not secure as the property manager already explained. the kitchen pans and plates either already broken or worn. the kitchen doesnt even have an extractor so the smells from cooking werent easy to get out and we even had to sleep in it and having the windows open. we had to pay extra for bed linen and towels which is ridiculous. the property manager also didnt provide the right equipment to properly clean the place. the Hoover didnt work properly, no cloths to be able to clean. we had to improvise to be able to clean. the property manager insulted me through WhatsApp saying that the cleaning was a catastroph whereas we have done our best. this I cant accept.
