: The hostess is taking the time to welcome nicely all guests and give good addresses in the region. The location is calm and convenient, we can be in the center of Saint Malo in only 15 min.
: This is not a "Manoir", but a farm with an aisle remodeled for having rooms. Our room was old and could need a serious refurbishing. And there was an ants infestation in the room (thankfully the hostess did leave us some products to try to stop this). For breakfast, the bread choice was good, but there was only 1 fruit (1 kiwi) for 4 people.

: The studio apartment arrangement with the bed in an alcove worked ok for us but would not have suited wider people. The breakfast was nicely presented in a basket and modified at our suggestion for second day.
: Struggled to find property using Sat nav and google earth map. A road reference as well as the name would have helped. The room and its fittings are due some refurbishment.

: The place is completely run down (door handle falling, tiles broken, etc). It is also sold as a room for 4 on booking, however, the photos do not correspond to the room and the room is actually only for two people. Furthermore, to be sure that we are booking the place which was shown on the photo (showing clearly that a family of 4 can sleep), I sent an email to the owner to clarify the sizes of the beds and to confirm that we truly will have the room we are thinking we are paying for. The reply was "the host confirms that they are able to meet your requirements" to find a very bad surprise upon arrival, a room that did not correspond at all to what was being sold. The owner told us to raise our complaint with Booking directly, not taking any blame for the fact that the room sold online is not the one she gave us.

: Great breakfast included, with fresh fruit from the garden. Lovely hostess giving help and advice on restaurants and amenities. Rural environment with period house. Well placed to reach St Malo and other nice towns in the area.
: It would be nice to have an independent heater in the room for rainy and wet days/nights in the Summer. Wifi works intermittently.
