Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note the lead guest must be 25 years and older.

When booking for groups, different policies and additional supplements will apply.

Please note guests need to provide their own beach towels.

Please note, dogs cannot be left unattended at the property.

Please note, access to the first floor is via a steep staircase with a partial hand rail. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment.
