  : The room is 10 years old than in the photo, and the bathroom was not clean. The worst part is the hotel completely doesn't care about the guest's experience. When the weather gets very hot, it's impossible to sleep. I couldn't sleep for 2 nights, the hotel has no AC, no Fan, and offer no help. I have tried to talk to the manager many times for check out earlier and get a refund for the rest of the days. They refused even when booking.com supports my request.When guests couldn't sleep in the hotel, and the hotel can't improve the situation, it makes perfect sense to let the guest go for a better condition somewhere else. But this hotel so desperate to get the money I have paid. If they were a good hotel, why do they need to be so desperate? which probably tells you something. In short, whatever things happen during your stay, you won't be covered. Because for this hotel, they give you a space for the money, a simple transaction. You will get the space, but nothing more.
