  : Location. Excellent host. They contact you on What-app and guide you. If the room is ready you can check in early. Good clean bathrooms. There is a small super market below and also a good restaurant literally below the hotel. The cost of the room was really the best part.
  : The single rooms are very small. There is no cupboard and you have to manage your clothes on a hook. The temperatures were very high (27 degrees )plus and the small fan is not enough. There is no lift and the staircase up is poorly lit. There is no table near the bed. The main lights are also far away from the bed. I saw one big room they had which was spacious and well fitted

  : The location was great (literally behind Saint Isaac Cathedral and 10 mins walking to the Hermitage Museeum), and the price really good! The place itself was ok: the structure is not big but the room was clean and had all the essentials.
  : The owner doesn't speak a word of english (or of any other language) so we had some misunderstanding because of the lack of communication! They talk to you through the Google Translate App. Moreover we've never seen them at the reception, so the easiest way to talk with them was sending an email - even when we were staying at the hotel.

  : Great location in a quiet courtyard. 3 minute walk from St. Isaac's and 5 minutes to the bronze horseman. The Hermitage was a 15 minute walk tops. Very clean, comfortable room with a shower. The room was small but it served its purpose well. Free water, coffee, tea, microwave and cutlery available on site. Free wi-fi.
  : Reception/Administrator was absent the entire time. She showed up once at 13-00 to give me my key and I never saw her again. I left my key on the nightstand when I left. Other guests arrived and I had to help them get situated as there wasn't anybody to open the door for them. No way to exit the premises if you don't have a key. Makes sense to keep "robbers" in, but does not make sense in terms of fire safety.

  : Location was fantastic.
  : "Hotel" was under construction within a construction site. Was dangerous and smelly. Website said they offered a European breakfast but only offered coffee and tea, no food. Didn't feel safe with only one way out of the building. It's not a hotel persay but an apartment building with one floor of about eight rooms.
