  : It was my miscalculation in thinking that the reservation was for two nights but in fact I had reserved one night only. That was only realized in the next afternoon by when we supposed to have checked out. The staff was so nice to offer extra hour for the only family member staying there to pack up and she placed another room at a nearby location on hold and wait for me to come back to decide. Although we didn't end up staying at that offered second place, I would thank the staff for offering help as it was totally my mistake.The layout of the room was great and comfortable. There were 2 TV sets, one at the loft and the other at the living room! Hot water was not a problem - it comes quickly without much waiting. There was also filtered water for drinking out of the tap.The location is just right next to the Winter Palace and that saved us the transportation to that main sightseeing spot. There are at least 2 glocery/super markets and lots of coffee shops nearby so finding food would not be a problem.
  : Can't use the non-stick cooking pan as its coating was scratched seriously beforehand. Lack of toilet paper as I have 4 people staying and there was only one roll available. They should have placed a spare roll instead of having to call for more. The coffee machine would trigger the extension cord to jump the fuse on each use.The view of the room is facing other apartments, so that obligate us to keep the curtain closed at all time for privacy.These were just minor issues and that's why I'm rating 8 out of 10.

  : The best part of this apt was the location which was excellent.
  : The size was ridiculously small which was not reflected in the advert for the apt. There was no proper bedroom and just a mattress - NO BED!!!! no room either side of the mattress, you had to climb across it to get in - so difficult for 2 grown adults and if you wanted to use the bathroom in the night, it was impossible to get up without waling the other person. The stairs to the "so called bedroom" were very steep with no hand rail - if anyone slightly older than us had stayed here I expect they would have been in danger of falling. Being on the ground floor with offices and a carpark immediately outside, meant we were unable to have the curtains open for our entire stay so very dark, It was worse than a students accommodation!! No space to put anything - we had to have water in bottles in our bed as their were no tables or floor - no drawers for clothes, just a few hangers - no space to put our suitcases - we had to put them in the kitchen!! To be fair, the apt was clean and the amenities in the kitchen good, but we couldn't use them as we had to keep our cases there!! I have used Booking .com many many times but this is the only time I have been truly dissatisfied and very disappointed with the accommodation. No one book this unless you are a teenager or someone who has no luggage!!

  : Absolutely perfect localization, next to Hermitage. Nice flat, very quiet, safe and clan. Not very big, but enough for 4 people. Helpful personnel.

  : Location was excellent right at the Hermitage. Very comfortable and easy location. Many eaties around and mini marts. Couple of Indian restaurants were even at the short walk.
  : As it was split level apartment the upper deck was too risky for young kids. It's good for couple but families with kids should refrain. Washing machine doesnt have dryer so be careful if you wash your clothes.

  : The location was great, very central only metres from Palace Square and Hermitage. The apartment was secure, clean and had a good bathroom and adequate kitchen area.
  : The apartment was split level with entry to the sleeping area up a steep set of stairs. At the top you could not stand up straight so getting in and out of bed involved stooping and crawling! The other problem was the drop over the low balcony of around 4 metres. This may be ok for a young couple or solo traveller but certainly not for disabled or elderly or a family with young children.
