  : - To get the keys and the exact address, it's a nightmare. Absolutely impossible if you don't speak russian or don't have russian friends and even them, they have a lot of difficulties to find the address. (gate etc..).- to get back the keyx, no one at the address where you put them back. And impossible to get the caution (20 euros)

  : This property is on pushkinskaya ulitsa. Location is good as the property is a 5 min walk to two metro stations- ploschad vossyaniya and mayakovskaya and Leningrad Hero City Obelisk. 50 yards to the nevsky avenue. You have a lot of good cafes, restaurants (if you are an Indian then there is Great Punjab Indian restaurant) and shops closeby. The supermarket is just around the corner.The apartment is quite big. The hall is huge but of no use. The bed is decent. The staff helps you with booking taxis.
  : Pls make a note- they charge 250rubles per person towards russian registration slip which is not included in the tariff. The check in process is so very inconvenient. You need to go to another property (mini hotel)which is a 12-15 min walking dist from the apartment for registration and collection of keys. Now this place is on the second floor and there is no lift. So if you arrive directly then you will have to carry all of your luggage upstairs (unless one of you decides to stay downstairs with the luggage). The registration process is for about an hour. They dont check you in before 2pm just in case you happen to arrive early which is annoying. If you have travelled light (more like a backpack traveller) then no issues you can walk up the distance between the mini hotel and the apartment, else you will need a cab (cost of 250-300 rubles) to take you along with your luggages to the apartment post the registration process. If you intend to leave your luggage post check out then you will have to leave it at the same mini hotel. If you are aged travellers or have issues carrying hefty items then pls avoid choosing this property. There was a bad odour the whole time esp in the kitchen and toilet. The bed linens had stains on them. The kitchen utensils are pathetic. The cookwares were especially stained. If you intend to cook then you may want to avoid this place. No tea/coffee powder. No clothes drying rack. No health spray in the toilet.

  : Apartment was spacious and clean. But it was a complete nightmare to pick up the keys from a different location with all the luggage and then finally on the building it took so long to even find the right entrance. Very bad instructions and impossible for International travelers, because english is not available.
