  : the accommodation was good and mostly clean, there was a reception and available 24hrs. Even we entered around 3 am some days and got the keys so easily (just need to push some button at the front door and they will open for you). If you wanna clean the sheet and room service, you need to talk with the reception and should give the keys to them. Also, we wanted to cook something in the room and they gave us a portable electric stove, so it was nice (also there was cups, utensils, etc inside the room). So about the reception and hospitality, everything was really good. Also, the bathroom with the tub was really nice.
  : The room was pretty tight and small even I stayed at the room with the tub and paid a little bit more than the other types of stays. Also, there was no wardrobe to put clothes on, only there was a clothes tree and mostly I used a kitchen cupboard at the bottom, we put our clothes to there, it was not nice. Also, the location of the hotel is 30-35 mins far away from Nevsky street by walking (busiest and most popular street in Russia). But there was a metro next to the hotel (via 2-3 mins walking distance), so you can reach that place via the metro. To make long story short, it was not bad and not the best obviously and you can stay there for a couple of days. (it is somonov hotel, search like this with google or yandex maps)

  : The reception staff were friendly, though didn't speak much English. (But I spoke no Russian, so they are ahead of me.) Washing (and drying) was done for free overnight. Close to supermarket, subway station and bus to the city.
  : Very little space for suitcases. Dinnerware was provided, and a microwave oven, but there were no bowls etc for using in the microwave. We could have cooked vegetables etc, if there had been equipment.

  : The jacuzzi was amazing! Also, decoration inside the room (and even from the main hall) and the level of confort is something rare to find in Saint Petersburg, so close to the centre.
  : We came home at night very tired (it was the only night that we were staying in the city) and the room was full of mosquitoes (we killed manually between 40 and 45). It was because the window was opened and the mosquito net didn't work, so we had to kill them all in order to go to bed... At least the receptionists were attentive and helped us with RAID tablets.

  : The place was perfect, 2 min from metro technology institute. In 250mthere is a 24h supermarket you can buy everything. It was very clean andaverything was new inside. There is a microwave and a kettle for water.You can take free tea from the reception. The sign from the hotel islittle and say "SH hotel".
  : There was a smell from the bathroom, I think it was the drains.

  : Very comfortable room, friendly staff, powerful spacious shower. The cleaners are very helpful and active! There is a nice ambience outside the windows for a foreigner to see and hear.
  : Bathroom is very clean, though it has a slight odour, probably just because it has a central drain on the floor.
