  : Clean and spacious apartment, it had everything I needed.
  : The fence door to the apartment building was closed when I arrived. The reception girl on the phone wasn’t helpful. I had to wait outside until someone went out of the apartment and opened it. The same problem happened the next day when I needed to leave. Moreover the apartment building is hidden behind another building and it’s not obvious.

  : This is a garbage apartment!!! Even though I paid , when I was in the apartment I decided not to stay there! Amazing is the comments which said the apartment should be ranked five stars was cheating me, and made me to book this garbage apartment! That kind of comments is irresponsible! I am from China , I suggest all Chinese should not book this apartment , especially the female guest, you woul even not dare to sleep there!! All the rooms are on the first floor , while people could easily access your room by opening the glass window! And the apartment is located behind a wasted construction , rare people comes to there! !

  : Close to the metro station, this apartment is a recently renovated small area in a one-storey building that seems to have been some technical premises. Kitchen is well equipped and the place was really clean.
  : We had to collect the keys from a different location ~10 min driving. Same goes for the payment - I would prefer bank transfer or credit card charge over having to go there in person. Something is terribly wrong with ventilation and the room is always too humid. The bathroom had a strong scent of smoking. We had only one key and since I was leaving with an earlier train, my travel-mate had to get up at 6 a.m. to walk me to the gate - no button to exit without the key.

  : Everything was nice.
  : It was really difficult to get the keys. I had a very long flight and were dreaming about the shower, but I had to go to another hotel to pick up the keys. It was very strange. I speak Russian, so I can understand what to do, but I think for the foreigners it’s almost impossible.

  : Good value, ok location. All the necessary facilities. Clean
  : It was on a ground floor and there was no clear sign outside that apartment is there (the address is 16b, and the gate is at #16; just a little sticker saying that you have to go through the gate, yard and around the corner would do great)

  : We stay here for the third time that means that we like this place very much. It's still clean and everything looks good, there is conditioner and heater for any kind of weather, enough furniture and kitchen equipment.
  : Previous arrivals there was an offer of free taxi from the place where we can take keys to the apartment and it wasn't offered this time. That wasn't very important this time as we had no luggage, but just noticed the difference.
