  : Location is good. Close to train station, shopping malls, museums and supermarkets.
  : The receptionist wasn’t helpful. She just stood still watching me take the luggages from the room at the reception area, not even helped to open the door and obviously it is needed. The bathrooms especially the wall and curtain were not clean.

  : Room too small for two people to share.

  : Maid and some receptionist were kind. City center.
  : Some receptionist were not kind or aggressive. People making noise late in the night. Welcoming pretty bad. Pretty expensive for that kind of hotel.

  : The hostel was 2 mins away from the subway and there's a mall opposite of the mall as well. There are money exchange, coffee shops, restaurants and subway food chain 24/7 nearby. The place itself was clean and not bad for the price.
  : The WC is common for both men and women also the shower. If this is common to them, it may not be for their visitors/guests so they should be sensitive to this. The receptionists do not speak English and are quick to get mad and be rude if they don't understand. I was opening my translation app and I could see her eyebrows getting together, I was only asking if they can skip cleaning our room as our stuff was all over.On our last night we asked for a taxi for the next evening going to airport and we were told it will come pick us up at 7pm. 12pm, upon check out we asked if the taxi pick up is confirmed and the girl showed me a sticky note saying it's written here so its confirmed. So we went out, came back 6 pm and noticed a different girl is in reception so we asked if the pick up is confirmed and reconfirmed if they accept card, the reception said if it was confirmed the previous night then why are we still asking?! - she was yelling and very rude.. 7:05pm same receptionist who was yelling came to my friend and said that the taxi was not booked, she said the previous receptionist only enquired the fare but did not confirm the pick up. Please if you will accept English speaking guests, you need to hire at least one person per shift who speaks English otherwise do not accept English speaking guests because it will just cause inconvenience to both parties.
