  : There is no AC so its 38 degrees in the rooms, so you cant sleep. And the wachingmachine going all night and making sounds.

  : I lived in this hotel a couple of times already and am really happy with it. The location hides you from the crowds and loudness of the big streets and still gives you the best options to travel by foot in the very center of the city.
  : There are moments, when not all the facilities are ready to use, so you have to switch the floors to get to the bathroom. The soundproofing could also be better - you hear the steps from the hallway, closing doors, conversations of your neighbours. Though, this happens not that very often, when there are really a lot of other guests in the hotel at the same time

  : Pretty close to the metro station and it's on the main street of St Petersburg. The staff are very nice too especially Lera. :)The room and the place is pretty well-maintained too.

  : We did not have breakfast included but kitchen area in hotel was really useful and clean.
  : Sometimes it was a bit tricky to open the door to your room, otherwise everything was good

  : Location is pretty good, there was clean and comfortable
  : In the bathroom in my room was very cold also it was impossible to stand there without socks or towel. Hot water didn’t work , and after my call to reception it started working.

  : English speaking staff when they are expecting visitors from other countries!! We had a tough time with a couple of the reception staff.
