  : Great location. Very beautiful room. Clean bathroom. When i travel again to Saint Petersburg I go back. Metrostation and important places was near and lovely bakerys.

  : The location is excellent,in the central location of St. Petersburg, the room in a nice and safe location, everything just walking distance, hot and cold water working properly.
  : The host can't speak English, and by the time we were there, we have to put combination number on the front door (we don't know) tried to rang the host, she can't speak English, so wait outside on the cold street without knowing how to check-in was very frustrated, luckily she come out soon. ah, and we already put 3 person in the room, but there's only 2 pairs towels, one person only can use face towel for body. and there's no elevator for big luggage (we already know from the first).

  : The location, so close to the Metro and to so many attractions, the free water and the convenient use of a refrigerator and microwave, and the coziness of the surroundings!
  : Neither of the hosts spoke English; I always get directions and a sense of where everything is in a new location from the desk clerks; so this time I was totally on my own. That was unexpected because their advertising, communication and everything on the website was in English. Then to get there and suddenly have no English seemed like unfair surprise. I could never see me promoting my Florida house in Russian to Russians and then having no one who spoke Russian there to assist them when they arrived in America. Otherwise, it was a great place with a great location.

  : The location was superb - 2 minutes from the Winter Palace and close to all the main sights, with good places to eat nearby.The staff were really helpful. There were problems with my reservation, but they were really understanding and helpful in sorting it out. Although they spoke very little English and I speak even less russian, we communicated every day with body language and smiles!Plenty of helpful facilities- water, hairdryer, microwave, fridge, and we were able to check in and check out to suit. Great place for the cheap price paid!

  : The tariff was low and the location excellent. The room was very small and the bed partly blocked the doorway. I had to relocate a chair to open my suitcase. Instructions for access on arrival - no codes for a gate and entrance door to the building- were inadequate and if my taxi driver had not phoned we would never have got in. Staff were not as happy and helpful as they could have been. No attempt to speak English and no brochures/ leaflets available.
