  : 1. Friendly and helpful staffs. They share important information in Saint Petersburg and print my travel documents for free. They have also booked our taxis going to airport.2. Free breakfast. You can also get coffee anytime.3. Clean and spacious room. 4. They have drinking water dispenser with glasses in the lobby near our rooms. No need to buy water bottles in the grocery store.5. Location is great. Mall, restaurants, stations, money exchange center, pharmacy etc. are nearby the hotel.
  : 1. Check in process is very long. We have to provide all our personal documents (passport, visa copy, etc.) before we can go to our hotel room. The duration of our check in is almost 30 minutes or more before we proceed to our room. 2. Most of the hotel staffs are not able to speak english very well. We have to use google translate to make conversation. Only one staff knows how to speak english.3. The hotel is located in 2nd floor of the building. There is a lift but it is too old and scary to use. We use the stairs to bring our luggages.4. Breakfast food name is in Russian language. We have to use google translate to know the food is.

  : Location was superb, right next to the main train station. Rooms were clean and great value for the money spent. Free coffee all the time we were there.
  : Breakfast. Nothing was cooked there. Anything you liked warm, you had to heat with microwave. In the shower, the water did change i guess if someone else is starting a shower in other room. That burned my back a little.
