  : Breakfast was disappointing. There is no kitchen,so breakfast is delivered the night before and is cold,even the heated up scrambled egg!

  : Perfect location, 2 minutes from the metro station, and there are many good restaurants and pubs in the street. The hotel and the rooms are perfectly clean, and the receptionists are really friendly. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean. Breakfast is correct, but nothing special.
  : Really noisy. Every time when somebody would like to come in, they have to ring the bell, even at night. Dining room and the lobby/reception is too close to the rooms, you hear everything. The entrance from the street, the public staircase is dirty and smelly.

  : I stayed in the hotel a half a year ago and booked it this time for my wife's parents as they came for a visit. The hotel is located perfectly - on the Vasilevsky island and next to a metro and bus station. It offers great comfort, much more privacy than what I'm used to and the staff, who are very friendly, even remembered us (we came with the parents to the check in). I'll gladly return here.

  : The accommodation is compatible whit its description. I stayed in a comfortable room for one person with a view of the interior of the building and can't complain about noises or lousy quality of the internet. The room was clean, simple, and organized. The heating system works super well, so no worries with cold time. And having free access to hot tea made me happy. The common areas (bathroom and eating area) were clean, as well.The breakfast was not as bad as some people commented, or I was expecting something terrible. So, I would say it is good, at least on the first day, when you are probably figuring out what to do and where to go. I opted to take breakfast outside after two days, and the region has many good cafeterias with good prices. There are also other restaurants, bars, and fast-foods in the area. They may have an English menu to help you.The localization is really good. You have access to the metro and bus very close to the stay. If you want to take a taxi, you would have to go to the main street - which is less than 2 min walk - once the area is closed to vehicles. And, if you like to walk like me, there will be plenty of space to circulate. The conditions of the sidewalks are really good.There are mobile stores next to the stay if you need a pre-paid chip to your portable, although they are not used to communicate in other languages besides Russian. Btw, the entire city will be like that, but people can be friendly and helpful. When it gets too tricky, use the translate.The staff helped me to carry a suitcase, and I am super thankful for that! However, I don't think they should do this all the time. The description says that there are stairs in the accommodation, so consider this to not interfere in their activities. And, sorry for the inconvenience.
  : Now here comes the disappointments. I got disappointed and irritated to be informed that my reservation was not paid in the night before the checkout. I tend to paid travel expenses such as accommodations before the travel itself because it gives me more financial freedom and honestly thought that the payment was made. However, this site apparently doesn't disclose information to the accommodation proceed with payments. So, you need to do it in the local. Ok, I probably lost that detail, but the staff could warn me on the second day of stay, for example. But it took eight days to do so, and I got shocked when I was informed because I could not have the money to make the payment, and I have no idea how this would be solved if it was the case. The friendly lady who told me about this could not speak English - which is the language I use to communicate when traveling - and I could notice how difficult it was for us to communicate. In the end, I made the payment, and things got solved.I think the stay could think about the toilet in the second-floor bathroom because there were times when there was no water to flush the toilet. This situation got me irritated. I did not want to let anything there to the next user, so I was worried continuously to use it and not be able to do it. So, if someone enters before you and uses the entire water of the flush system, you will be disappointed and embarrassed.

  : Breakfast. Standard breakfast is poor. At evening you may make a choice what you would like to have for breakfast next morning. But next time I will not include breakfast in my booking. And TV. That was like 17'' laptop on the wall. Too small.
