  : We were seduced by the location and the photos of the rooms. Instead we were given a crappy room with a very unpleasant stinch.

  : It was cheap and clean enough.
  : The bed was really uncomfortable: the sheets were extremely low quality, old and scratchy, the mattress was hard as wood. There’s a bunch of useless furniture in the room, might as well spend that money on a better bed. The shower leaked water everywhere, even when carefully turned low into a corner to try and avoid it. The free breakfast though initially good looking consists of all the absolute cheapest things you can buy in the supermarket; everything tasted bad. The nights we spent there were cheap but that doesn’t mean putting no effort in basic amenities, like a bed and a decent shower. It isn’t hard to make a cheap and decent room. Disappointed in the place overall. Don’t understand why it has such a high rating.

  : There was a wide variety of food for breakfast. the hotel was fairly close to the centre of town and an easy bus ride into town. The staff were exceptionally helpful, lending me a charger, helping organise my excursions and giving lots of information. I also enjoyed the 5pm English High Tea-even if no one else attended it is a good sociable opportunity. I also like the water coolers so that I was able to refill my waterbottle. I also liked that they sold snacks etc.
  : Some of the surrounding buildings were a little run down.

  : Friendly staff, good modern room, really nice bathroom.Seems like good price-to-quality ratio.Location is good when using taxi's, no subway nearby.
  : Noise isolation isn't the best. Shower leaked a bit.The double bed are 2 single beds linked together, with both having a separate single bed foam topper. Why not use one large foam top?

  : I got a spacious room, with even a big couch, fridge and microwave, despite I was only one person. The room was warm enough.
  : The location is a bit isolated but close to New Holland and about 40min by foot to the center.The food to order in the room is a bit poor (no borsch available :( ) but quite cheap.Staff should improve their English.
