  : Good location - city center, about 10-15 min walk till Ermitage, metro station around the corner, quiet pedestrian streetBig apartament, comfortable beds, maybe needs a bit updating but still OK for price what we paid for
  : Didn't like the keys it was a struggle to get open outside door, sometimes easy sometimes took many attempts to get in, the same apartament entrance door is without door handle not easy to openLong walk, many steps because apartament is located nearly on the top floor

  : For Studio Apartment - Naberezhnaya Reki Moyki 40 : The elevator is dirty also there is no lighting along the stairs ( after out of the evaluator you have to walk along the stairs to reach this room). It is too dark when you come to room in the evening or at night ..There may be an accident while walking up the stairs.There is no WIFI available ( The rental owner did not pay for WIFI service provider. We got to know this info after we informed the SPB staff) and the SPB administrator settled WIFI issue the customer who inform them why we did not inform at the first day...it is not good service mind.For the room in overall is ok but in the sofa bed we found cockroach baby. the floors is dirty. no tissue enough for 3 night stay. ( only 2 tissue)Location is great

  : Thanks to Valeria and her colleague who were very professional and kind !The apartment is well placed, close to the Ermitage Museum and St Sauveur Church, in a quiet street.
  : We rented for 7 people and there were only 6 beds !!!! Fortunately that one of us couldn't come on vacation !Initially we had rented another apartment and the day before we arrived we were warned that we would be staying in another !The services mentioned in the announcement were not those of this apartmentThe stay was great but the renter didn't respectl his commitments (and offered no discount)

  : The location is perfect! Few minutes walking from the hermitage. The staff are very attentive and kind. They answered all my emails very fast and solve everything. And the cost benefit is really good.
  : Actually, The apartment has just one real room. In this room they have a double bed. The other places to sleep is two sofa bed, the first one is together with the kitchen and the other one is in a room between the kitchen and the real room. The first sofa bed is ok, it’s not good but it’s not bad, but the second one is really bad. But something that really annoyed me was the staff got in the apartment to wash clothes in the washing machine. I have been there for 3 days and they got in 2 times to wash the staffs. I don’t like this.

  : Very very good location!! The apartment near Neva street and around 3 mins walking to Metro. Just 10mins walkt to Winter Palace. Big apartment. big sleeping room. And very clean bath room and kitchen. The apartment owner guide us by what's app for how to be the apartment and wait us downstairs. Best choice in Sanits Petersburg.
