  : There are a lot of things we didn't like, but most importantly that the everyday room cleaners managed to steal the suitcase weight machine and a glass bottle of ours. I don't know what other small stuff might have been taken away. The glass bottle was very important to us and marked our entire trip. We did try to complain while we were leaving, but the guy at the reception couldn't understand. Already we were running late due to the denial by the receptionist that they couldn't book/arrange the cab for us and they informed us just 10 minutes prior to our departure. It was very stressful situation on our side to manage booking through our phones, if not we would have missed our flight back.These problems are nothing compared to the comfort level faced in the room - One the first day, we complained that the room was actually too hot and the AC wasn't working, the receptionist arranged another room for us as even she could feel the heat in our room. The technician was not sent the other day as well. On complaint of the room being too hot and not working of the AC, another guy from the reception entered our room, turned off the AC instead of fixing it and asked us to keep the room open until it's normal and then you can close it back. It was very uncertain to hear from the boss itself that you can open your room and stay if the air conditioner is not working, and simply the reason was given that in Winters, Ac's don't work. If it doesn't work, you all have to update that on your profile so it doesn't affect anyone else, but I did check on other room, AC's were running smoothly. I mean, we had booked an AC room and if it doesn't work, what was the use. The shower in the washroom couldn't stick up well so we had to hold the hand shower to bath. The hot and cold water in the washrooms hand shower and washbasin were set opposite.

  : Breakfast was great, and the area they serve it in is really nice with a beautiful view.They seem to really work on the feedback, e.g. past comments said breakfast didn't have much variety and some positions ran out towards the end and that was not the case when I stayed - the breakfast was very diverse and nothing was in shortage even 5 min before the end time.They have really good early check in rules where you pay 100 rub per hour, although reception stuff did not know about it and first said there was no availability (and their booking office said there was), and then they wanted to charge 2.5 times more than what I was told. I understand that rules changed and reception didn't know. It sorted out in the end.
  : My room was really dark, the window was tiny. The lighting is harsh and rather cold so the grey room felt a bit depressing both with lights off and on. I assume other rooms in this category have better windows though. They were different in the picture.The work desk was too low for the chair but when I swapped the chair it worked OK
