  : Really cool , funky house. Neat rooftop , Excellent location. Easy beach access.
  : PARKING ! Anyone considering this house, should check the lack of parking situation. This four bedroom house that sleeps 8, has only 2 parking spaces. Even in January when I was there and the development was 80% empty, parking restrictions were vigorously enforced. We got threatened three times with being towed when visitors parked across the street in front of empty units. People working on unoccupied units, parked wherever they wanted.
