  : You get what you pay for, you definitely can't beat the price and expect more.
  : The hotel needs a refresh as it is feeling a little run down. Perfect if you have an event at Zenith but otherwise the location is not interesting.

  : the room was small but comfortable. the bed was ok. The employee who worked there in the morning shift was very nice, talkative, approachable and eager to help. good value for money

  : Bathroom way to small and area in general ,noise of bathroom fan all night. Needed more area for belongings as reluctant to put on floor. Picture wall and lighting was not good for wife suffering from photo sensitive epilepsy . Low lighting option would have helped. My review comes up as an eight but realistically, a 6.5

  : The hotel is located behind a car wash, which is not in operation at night, about 5 kilometers from the city center of Rouen. There is ample parking and good public transport, particularly via the T4 bus. My room was 3.6 meters long, 2.6 meters wide and 2.5 meters high. A smaller window faced outwards. As the room was rather cheap by French standards, I found the price-performance ratio to be satisfactory. Some restaurants in the neighbourhood.
  : The location would be quiet if it weren't for the poor soundproofing between the rooms and to the corridor. As is usual for this type of hotel, it was spartanly furnished. There was also no elevator. The toilet and shower were about 10 meters away in the corridor. At least there was a washbasin in the room. There was room for improvement with regard to the cleanliness of the toilets.
