  : The location was good as it was As I booked with sea view, which was okay view we get that.
  : First thing when we arrived, the receptionist was outside kinda caught us before entering to find reception. She wasn't very well trained to provide information about the cabin she gave us keys and show where to walk that's all. I mean cmon, I had to ask questions as no one replayed before our arrival. They even called us a day before to ask what time we would arrive, as it seemed they were busy so they were delaying check-in time. Which is okay, we arrived much later than we expected. Anyway coming back to experience on arrival I would rate 0 as it was none. No explanation of what's included, what breakfast is, and what time. She wasn't sure if will we buffet or ordering breakfast from the menu. This was kinda confusing. Another thing we had to ask every single simple question which should be provided without asking.Anyway, we found our house the name was Nemo 600. The house was most further and it had sea views. The views only are from the kitchen which is not what you would expect, as the house plan and you can't watch the views from the couch so this wasn't very enjoyable, I would say it was just a bad design.Later on, we found out that the electric towel rack was not heating, seems someone ripped the part- see photo below, called reception to find out if someone could fix it. The receptionist said they would call someone to come on Monday, like c'mon we stay only one night we need towels to be dried when we come back from the beach as I have seen from other reviews I can confirm this thing hasn't been fixed quite a while.Another thing towels had a disgusting smell. Impossible to use glad we had our own.Windows don't have flynets to avoid flying them in the room we had to keep them always close or half open. And the House doesn't have AC or a ventilator to properly ventilate the house.
