  : The room was a rustic style, very clean and spacious for me and my father. There was some natural light and ventilation from a back window, and the air conditioning worked fine.
  : The virtual key was a little tricky at first, but worked fine once we understood the procedure. The room was a little noisy from AC units outside the window. My father (80 years) had some difficulty with the shower in the bathtub, high step and slippy.

  : the location was excellent: right in the middle of the Monumental Area, very close to main touristic attractions and short walking distance to commercial areas. Very close to the University of Salamanca. Plenty of nice restaurants around. if you need to go outside of the monumental area, you can get public transportation in 10 minutes walk or less if you want a taxi.
  : Although the cleaning was really good, there was a constant stench of sewage coming out of the pipes in the bathroom, indicating that a building in an old city does has sanitation issues that demands a more frequent cleaning of the septic tanks It felt weird to have all the reception services - check in and check out, as well as all the entries - replaced by an app, which made for no contact with any staff at all and a very impersonal stay. After you check in, there is not even a WhatsApp message to ask if everything was fine. It felt like an anthopological experiment of service without humans. I needed help to book a taxi for very early morning and had to go to the other hotel of the company to ask for it, as in WhatsApp and email there was no answer, but the lady there was very nice and helpful. At the end of the stay, everything worked well.

  : Down town Salamanca, a block away from everything. The room, while a little run down was OK. It had a wonderful refrigerator. The cleanness is acceptable, though the sheets were not changed during my stay
  : Two really uncomfortable things were Check in process and a terrible shower. The bathroom was OK, bur the shower was bad regulated and very uncomfortable
