  : Right in the middle of the old town. Beautiful setting. Lovely terraced area at rear abs great aircon.
  : Bit confusing with check in. All done on a screen as you enter however I didnt appreciate this at the time Abbas was wandering around looking for a reception desk!

  : Comfy room and air con a plus. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. Good location. Breakfast was good but needs more than one waitress.
  : There was nobody at reception - you got into your room with a QR code but it meant when we needed help from a receptionist that nobody was there. The road to get to the parking promoted by the hotel was closed and we didnt know how to get to it as it was confusing and within the University complex. It would have saved us a lot of stress driving around if we couldve spoken to someone. When I messaged the hotel in the hope of some help they sent me the same message as they previously had before telling us about the parking but ignored my concern that the road was closed.

  : The room was small but that is normal in a city centre hotel. It was well appointed.

  : Excellent, peaceful location, close to bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Plaza Mayor, Next to secure, easy parking for 15 euros a day. The self checkin and access worked well.
  : The light switches are confusing. My husband managed to turn off the bathroom light instead of his bedside light, leaving me having my shower in the dark! No tea / coffee making facilities in the room, however there is a cafe downstairs. The graffiti decor is rather strange.

  : Air con could have been colder and more facilities for placing suitcases in room - folding luggage rack?
