  : the idea of using virtual keys sounds great in principle but it does not work. I just ended up on a phone to try to access the room. when I got to the room there was a very bad smell coming from the shower which affected the entire apartment. Because there was no person at the building to complain to it was too much hassle to call someone. I just wanted to get to sleep and go the next day. I dont be using giarooms ever again

  : The room is small but absolutely ok. All you need for one night for a very good price. I would definitely come back again.
  : The check in procedure all just online and only 1 day before arrival with all instructions in Spanish language only is a nightmare. Got the access codes for the room just minutes before arrival - unnecessarily exciting. Maybe someone in this organisation should learn to speak English or to use the Google translater. The bathroom was dirty, the shower hose leaking.
