  : There was a roach in my shower and the one of the beds had black marks on the cover and sheet.

  : Very nice exterior, lobby, rooms - feels pretty upscale all around. Totally surprised us, haven’t stayed in a La Quinta in 30 years.
  : Not sure if there are any rooms with queen beds, if there are none were available when we booked. The doubles were tiny, my husband and I each had to take a bed because we couldn’t squish into one bed together very comfortably.

  : The front desk staff on the 3pm-11pm shift for Fri-Sun. We found several different bugs in our room,including a huge water roach. The front desk staff member was extremely rude and unhelpful. We asked to speak with a manager and she called her via phone and she was extremely unpleasant, unprofessional and unhelpful as well. We received horrible customer service.

  : I had a miserable experience at this motel and will never stay here again. I prepaid for a room, but when I arrived, they wouldn’t accept my Chime card for the $150 incidental hold. FYI, they also do not accept Apple Pay, American Express, EDD, etc., for these charges. So beware.Luckily, my travel companion offered to put the incidentals on her bank card, but the very surly, unhelpful, unprofessional, and argumentative woman at the front desk gave her a hard time about her ID. It took another woman who was in line behind us calling her husband into the lobby and him talking on the phone to the motel’s assistant manager in order for us to get checked in. I have never had such a disappointing and humiliating experience while traveling. I would have left and booked a room elsewhere, but I was with two small kids and it was nighttime.When we went to our room on the third floor, there was a roach in the bathroom. I called the same unhelpful lady at the front desk, and she was unfazed, simply saying she’d send housekeeping up. Guess who never came? So I dragged my kids and luggage back down to the lobby, where she said that housekeeping was gone for the day and she couldn’t leave the front desk. I showed her the picture of the roach and she says “oh the water roach!?” As if this is some type of normal and acceptable occurrence in their facility. So the roach in the room prevailed. Beware. She also said she couldn’t issue a refund for my room and that I had to contact Booking.com. After countless long and exhausting conversations with the front desk, her manager on the phone, and Booking.com, I decided to accept a room on a different floor because we needed sleep and I was checking out first thing in the morning anyway. I slept with the lights on.Also, it was hot, so we took the kids to the pool, and there was a strange lady circling the perimeter of the pool, desperately looking in the bushes in a very tweakerish manner.
