  : Not only was the staff rude and judgmental from the check in, but racist. Causing issues from the start. But we looked past it, got our room key and walked to our room. The staff followed us up stairs the entire way. We had heavy gear with us so, no, we weren’t the quietest but its not light carry up so we had to drag it up. Even then not super loud to cause a disturbance. However, be started yelling at us telling us to be quiet. We apologized but when we got to the room, we were used to a heavier door and pushing it open a little hard, and again we apologized and saw our mistake but then he came over, started to yell at all of us and our friends who were helping us bring bags saying “you cant be up here, you have to go.” So we talked to him apologized and told him they'd be down shortly but we need to put our stuff first and they will be out same with the door qe apologized and still had an attitude. Walking away he rolled his eyes and just shook his head and walked away but he was murmuring something the entire way. Like a grown man we asked him what he said and it was unprofessional and he came after my friend who was there to help us. We told him to just leave us alone and they will leave shortly. Again walked away talking under his breath but we left it. As a group we were talking and said something to ourselves, he then proceeded to come back, yell at us and then kicked us out because “he heard that” and pointed at me, when i was actually talking about having to be up at 5am the next morning. Long story short, super rude, racist towards my black friend who was there to help us and we let him know, judgmental, and out right unprofessional. We will never go back.
