  : Two of us staying so would have expected more than 3 little cartons of milk - I had to ask for 3 more so2 cups of tea on arrival2 cups of coffee after our theatre visit2 cups of tea before breakfast - so 6 cartons would have been more acceptableAlso two paltry little biscuits! (Fortunately I remembered this happened last time so I bought teabags and biscuits!)

  : The location was ideal and within walking distance of the city. The hotel was clean and decor was tasteful. Staff were polite and friendly.
  : The room was uncomfortably warm, on arrival it was 29 degrees C. The room was on the second floor and you could feel the change in temperature as you got to the top of the flight of stairs. There was no working AC in our room. The room overlooked a large expanse of flat roof area with many AC units to look at. There were no bath robes and no shower caps in the bathroom. At breakfast,some staff were obviously sick and coughing constantly. On entering the dining area there were many empty tables but none were cleared and we had to wait to be seated. The used items were removed from our table but it was not cleaned/sanitised before it was reset for us. Food items were not promptly being replenished and we had to ask for several items. Other nearby diners were complaining about the level of service. This made the whole experience uncomfortable and unpleasant.

  : Nicely decorated inside breakfast was good and cooked to order. Room was a decent size.
  : Some renovations are in progress but did no effect visit. Maybe if you stay during day could be some work noise

  : Rooms are new but completely characterless It was cold .. there was a plug in heater but no fixed Heater ..I couldn’t work out how it worked

  : Room was cold had separate electric heaters not connected to the Hotels system. Also beds appeared to have springs, maybe new type of mattress.

  : Very clean! Wifi was good all the time! TV is wide screen and updated with entertainment apps!
  : The room was not soundproofed, you can hear the noises next door!Room was hot , no airconditioning, window has to be opened which added noise from outside! The experience gave me migraine!
