  : Pre check in was useless.Pool was not available and they knew it wouldn't be available at booking. Hot breakfast only fair. No bath towels in room. Expected a lot more for price.

  : Room appears to have been updated. Glad to see hotels leaving carpeting behind. Laminate floor and the rest of the room were clean. Bed was comfortable. Room was large enough for two people. No real breakfast. Just cereal, breakfast bars and Danish to go along with coffee. But there is a Denny’s across the street.
  : Many signs in the parking lot warn not to leave anything in the car. The hotel is not responsible… etc. Gave off a bad vibe. Is it that bad? I didn’t want to park in the back based on those signs. Perhaps a few security cameras are in order…Friendly enough staff throughout my one day stay. But maybe a lack of customer service training? Had to wait to check in —I was the only guest in the lobby—until the front desk clerk finished a conversation with an individual across the room about how much $ you can make giving blood. Except if you had recent tattoos you can’t give blood…“Hello, can I check in now?”

  : Newly renovated room.
  : No breakfast, yet advertised with breakfast included. A few oranges and toast is not breakfast. I was expecting the typical hotel breakfast, waffle maker, eggs, potates, etc.

  : I liked the location and the accessibility to restaurants. They were renovating, so there was quite a bit of noise.
  : The various noises from renovation, the bagged breakfast each morning (nothing hot or anything to drink beside tea and coffee.The rooms were just TOO expensive for the average quality of this hotel. Also, the bathroom door stuck, and you would have to really push to get it open!

  : I like this hotel because we always have stayed there for the last 20 years.
  : This time was different. The hotel had changed from the Sleep Inn to a Wyndam hotel. It was in the process of MAJOR renovations. There was no breakfast as the breakfast room was being used for renovation material storage and the pool was closed! They did put out cereal and Danish, but no milk; nothing like we always expected and had. I'm upset with Booking because they should be screening for things like this!! I called Booking Customer Service and got "please call later" messages, and when I finally got thru and stated my issue, I was asked to hold and was disconnected! I wanted to change to another hotel, but I only had until June 9 to cancel or make changes to my reservation. I certainly wasn't going to pay for 2 hotel rooms, so we just stayed, pretty much the only people who did. In addition, there was drywall dust everywhere and my grandson has acute asthma and this environment had us on pins and needles waiting for him to have an attack! This was extremely stressful and no one offered any kind of discount or anything. The buck started with Booking. This should have been screened and a banner put over that hotel selection indicating its unsuitability. I'm wondering why I even use Booking at all. They certainly aren't watching out for me...the customer. This is the second time this has happened to me using Booking. The last time was last summer in Cumberland, Maryland. I expect an answer from someone about this...
