A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
If you expect to arrive outside reception hours, please let Apartamentos Novelty know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property.

Please note that for stays of 10 nights or more, the property will charge a non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total amount for the stay.

Please note that the hotel's swimming pool is open from June 15 until September 15.
