Children up to and including 1 year old stay for € 5 per person per night when using an available cot.
People no matter the age stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result.
A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
For key collection after office opening hours are a special safes with security code. This service is for free but is subjected to payment upfront.

Please note security deposit payed by credit card carries a surcharge of 3 EUR.

Please note that late check-in has the following extra charges:
From 19:00 to 22:00: EUR 60
After 22:00 to 24:00 EUR 100
Check-in on bank holidays and Sundays carries a EUR 60 surcharge.

Bathroom towels are not included but can be rented on site for a supplement of EUR 3. Alternatively guests can bring their own.
