A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note that there is extra charge for late check-in starting from 20:00, and for check-in on Sundays and bank holiday as follows: From 20:00 to 22:00 EUR 60; From 22:00 to 00:00 EUR 100.
