: Terrace. Amazing view. Very good location. Air conditioning.
: 1. Smell. Whole apartment has a wet moldly smell. If you open the windows it becomes ok in a few hours, but in the beginning its awful. 2. Bathroom is old and dirty. And again: mold in the shower. 3. Penny economy. Like one roll of toilet paper, one tablet for dishwasher. Not a single bottle of water, not a single capsule for a coffeemaker. You have to go to grocery store right after arrival. 4. Extra fees. 50 eur for late checkin. Like is it so hard to put keys into lockbox? Final cleaning? Not included! Add 60 eur or clean it by yourself. Yes, its my dream to spend my vacation time on cleaning and grocery shopping for almost 900 eur per 6 days.

: The apartment had every facility required, and was spacious for a family of five. Location is very good, directly across from the beach.

: All I can say is this apartment is beyond filthy, black mould in the shower and a lot of it, dirty floors, kitchen cupboards, bathroom. It's tired and needs taking of the letting market to have considerable amount of money invested into it. UHC who let the apartment are shocking we have been back 3 weeks now and still no reply to my complaint. The charges they threatened us with are ridiculous to say the least.PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT IT WILL RUIN YOUR HOILDAY.The fortunate thing is I book this to take my son for a watersports week away so we just made the best of a terrible situation! The location is great however I would not pay any amount of rent just to have the location not even a 1Oh and the oven does not work. They UHC know this as there is a sign but have done nothing about this as its in a much older review.
