  : Very nice hotel - the staff was very kind except the valet man at the night of check in.
  : Valet man at check in. I had driven 4hrs to bring my daughter due to an emergency medical situation and her medical doctor from SLC told her to get to SLC ASAP. The valet man was extremely rude , I told him four different times I just was checking in and leaving - he made me move the car and repeatedly asked me if I wanted valet and if I was checking in - I told him again and again my situation and my daughter is in the hospital emergency department - after he turned his back on me, he then turned around and told me to calm down. Then when I came back for the night, I waited over 5 minutes for him to come out of the building because I could see him inside. When he came out he was very rude - asked my name and handed me my ticket and walked off. Didn’t help with our luggage. Top It off my grandson was with me and my daughter that I brought for emergency medical treatment. When we checked out there were two valet men - very very nice and loaded our luggage and I mentioned how much nicer the one asked what happened - my 15yr old grandson told him how rude and unprofessional the night valet was to his grandmother (me)

  : The breakfast was excellent, the staff for checking in and out was outstanding! The location meet our needs.
  : We had to call to service our safe, we waited until the service engineer showed up and he said it was the battery. He said it would be another 20 minutes, we made arrangements to take care of it while we went to dinner. Returned from our dinner ( 50 minutes) and still wasn't fixed made another phone call. Waited another 20 minutes for him to return and fix it. Went to use the bathroom and someone had used it prior to us getting in the room and didn't flush the toilet!

  : The facilities are old and the rooms are unsanitary

  : The environment in general. The location is nice. I would recommend it because of the location itself.
  : I don't like the staff cus they keep dodging the problem and left the problem slides until we were leaving. I didn't receive the refund for 24 dollars for four bottles of water as they agreed it was their fault.

  : Ice machine broken. Over priced mediocre breakfast. Lack of access to food, snacks or drinks after 11pm in a major city. Never got waited on at breakfast.
