  : I've always liked my stay all times before I love your beds your staff has always been very kind and helpful. The one part I had a problem with the last 2 nights I stayed there I tried to make me a waffle both morning s and they ran out of waffle mix and out of butter for the toast . And nobody around to help
  : I booked my room for oct24th thru 26th got my confirmation number and everything. When I arrived to check in they told me they have no rooms available?? They told me that they over booked the rooms !! It took me 1in a half hours to find another hotel room . That ended up making me late for a birthday dinner I had planned for my Daughter!! Very embarrassing and upsetting to show up for a birthday dinner that I planned with 6 people waiting for me to show up . 1 of the guest had to cancel cause they had plans for there night after the birthday dinner... it made me look like a fool . I only wish that Ramada inn could have called or emailed me to let me know that they overbooked on accident then I could have had enough time to find another hotel to stay at ...

  : Well for one thing, I paid cash and was told they were going to charge me a hundred dollars for the deposit. Which I didn't have, the the gentleman waived that. Got to the room and there was no phone hooked up, the tv didn't work just had one channel. So needless to say I will not be staying there in the future

  : Disgusting. No towels in room. EVERYTHING was dirty. Room. Bathroom. Lobby. Sheets. Pillows. EVERYTHING. Drug related activity happened all night. Deals/ users running around causing noise and general disturbances. Staff was relatively kind but upkeep of the lobby was laughable. Will never stay here again.

  : 1. There was nobody at the front desk for close to 10 min during check in. 2. the second floor walkway is starting to drop and is completely unsafe structurally. 3. The first room I was given, on the second floor, was not clean. The light switches are black as if someone hasn't wiped them down in years, the sheets were stained and one had a cigarette burn in it. The room floor must have been vacuumed by a vacuum that doesn't work.4. went back to rhe front desk and waited again for somone to come to the front desk. Staff gave me a different room on the bottom floor that was still not the best. 5. in This room the floor once again seemed to have no big effort given to cleaning the floor of mud that is now dried. The bathroom counter and sink have paint stained on the counter and in the sink. The sheets were cleaner then the last room however but should have been replaced long ago. the remote battery back is gone, and and the curtain slides are broken. As it's almost 1am I don't have an option to change hotels and attempt to get a refund as I don't want to wait once again for someone to be at the front desk.6. The Beds are very uncomfortable as well.
