  : Staff were very helpful especially Lara and Artur on our arrival. We had a great view of the train platforms but didn't hear the trains at all.
  : Arriving by car was a bit fraught. There is a taxi rank directly outside the hotel and there was no information about where the hotel parking spaces are. Eventually found out they were around the corner behind the hotel in the Forum 1 car park. Whilst we were checking in, someone else arrived by car as confused as we were. Staff were helpful but said this happens all the time.

  : The front desk staff, particularly Lara, were great. Very professional and kind. She worked hard to get our issues sorted out. However, the hotel manager was cold and unhelpful. He never apologized for all our mishaps. He should take a lesson from his staff on professionalism!
  : The location was convenient, right next to the central train station and a 10-minute walk to old town (trams were also available right in front of the hotel). Unfortunately, we were first given a room that smelled like smoke, even though it's a non-smoking hotel. The front desk (Lara) was quick to change our room. However, the second room had multiple issues: the sink was clogged and was never fixed, the toilet brush was filthy, and the shower water pressure was very weak as well as lukewarm water instead of hot. We were ready to check out after the first night of a 3 night stay. However, Lara at the front desk comped all breakfasts during our stay, and we were finally given a room with no issues. As stated above, when the hotel manager was told of the issues, he shrugged and offered no apologies. For what we paid for this hotel, we were disappointed. Because of that, I would not stay there again.

  : Location fantastic, literally right beside train station but very quiet. Also right beside a shopping mall, restaurants and bus and tram to everything just outside the train station. Room comfortable and good air conditioning. Staff really nice and very helpful

  : Good breakfast with ample varieties. The breakfast place was on the sixth floor. Guests can enjoy their breakfast with a view. Great location right next to the train station and hub of buses and trams.
  : The cleaners didn’t refill complimentary items like bottled water, coffee and tea bags. The cups were left unwashed.

  : The location next to the train and bus station is excellent and it’s not far to walk to Mirabell Palace. There are eateries close by. The staff are super friendly and helpful. There is a very nice wellness area that is available free for guests including sauna, steam room, footbath and a lounge to relax in that overlooks the square. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed.
  : This hotel is hard to fault but the air conditioning was quite noisy and seemed to keep going after we turned it off. But at least they had air conditioning, so can’t complain too much!
