  : There was no actual contact between us and the hosts, but everything was quite well explained and outlined. Yet many details were omitted, like multiple utilities like a cutting board, a plate, and minor aesthetic bits of furniture were nicked or broken. The apartment also had a vacuum cleaner, a washing machine, and some soap and shampoo, but none were disclosed. As we discovered the different things the hosts were kept up to date and informed. The most notable complaints would be the erroneous listing that I had to deal with, and that there were no kitchen towels or paper, so we had to use toilet paper.
