Very Good

: Accessibility to the beach, local restaurants, shops and taxi ranks. Beautiful view of the beach from balcony. Over all fairly clean.
: No smoke detectors of note. Bed sheets dirty in main bed on the first night and a clean set were delivered to the door on the second night. Bathroom door lock was jamming, sliding door on a bedroom getting stuck. These are not things that would stop me from either staying again or recommending people to stay.

Very Poor
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : nothing
: thieves. we communicated that weve left a pair of trainers and few other items of intimate nature in there flat less than an hour after we left the property, it took us 5 days going back and forth with them, for them to finally say they havent found it. THIeVEs. do not book this apartment or this hotel, joke of a service, joke of a price and they will steal your stuff for forbid you forget anything. the rubbish bins were by our door for first 3 days of our stay from previous tenant - despite communicating to them to remove it Its simply NOT SAFE to bookwith them.

Poor
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: Location near the beach, at the north end of Las Canteras.Interior sleeping room, away from the street noise.
: A lot of ants in the kitchen. Thin walls, noise (water, toilet, electronic devices) from the neighbor's rooms can be heard.Horrible customer service. No reception. - This is a wrong information in the description.Door lock codes were not provided before arrival as it was supposed to be, but only on a request after a phone call (official working hours until 20:00).WhatsApp is needed to receive the door lock codes. Before receiving the door lock codes, several commercial videos and commercial documents were sent via WhatsApp. These commercials were not related to the apartment rental in any way.Door lock touchpad had an issue to recognize the touched numbers. Several attempts were needed to enter the room.
