  : Being kicked out at 1pm on the day of our departure because the hotel was closing.We would not have minded this at all if we had been told in well advance so we could make arrangements for our bags (or perhaps an earlier flight or earlier transfer to Ibiza town or airport). However, finding out in the morning of our departure (despite checking the night before) meant we were stuck with our bags & nowhere to go for well over six hours - so our last day was ruined

  : Lets start with the good bits. Its was OK value for money. The rooms are pretty much as pictured so that was a good start. The housekeeping staff were friendly and the air con is good.
  : The reception staff are have poor attitudes. It feels like everything is a little too much trouble for them. The communal areas are very outdated and uncomfortable. The poolside especially is very bad, the sun loungers are very uncomfortable made from hard plastic and no cushions, no side tables for drinks and umbrellas for shade. The only shade available were the 4 outside dining tables. These areas were also VERY DIRTY. Im a non smoker but could see that because no ash trays were put out, guests used the floor and this wasnt cleaned throughout our week stay. Everything was very sticky and dirty. We went quite late in the season and it felt like the few staff that were in, had checked out. The outside areas generally feel in need of some TLC, cracked tiles etc. The general cleanliness of the rooms was ok. Most of the clean towels we were offered were stained. The room was cleaned daily but the balcony was never cleaned and was dirty from previous guests. The cutlery in the room was dirty when we arrived.
