Disappointing

  : Not much. This hotel ruined our stay. There was nothing positive about it. We will never come back.
  : We requested two beds, one for me, and one for my elderly mother. We got only one bed & we were forced to use the couch as a bed. The pool was tiny, way too shallow for an adult, and packed full of kids all day & night so we could not relax at the pool even once during our stay. The parking fees, which were not listed on the website, were expensive & raised the cost of our stay here by over $100. The bathroom door, a farm door, did not shut all the way so there was zero privacy in the bathroom. Breakfast was horrible. Dry, unflavored, old, and watered down Apple juice. We cldnt eat it. For the high price of this hotel, we expected a very nice hotel stay, this was not it.

  : After first night my allergies got so bad I asked in the reception if pers go on all rooms they said yes. I was very disappointed as I knew this hotel accepts pets but my mistake was to believe they do specific rooms my surprise was they used all rooo.s and any animal.

  : Absolutely beautiful and great location.
  : Our room would not cool down and they could never fix it. Never offered to switch rooms or bring fans absolutely miserable when it is 100 degrees outside.

  : I didn’t like that towels were not replenished at the pool area. The basket was full to the max and no towels were at the pool. We had to walk back to room wet.

  : I was disappointed that the hotel doesn’t have parking, it didn’t say anything about not having parking on the website. For this reason my hotel budget went up 25% in order to get valet parking.
