: Gym. Only one elliptical when they could fit at least two. With a 5 star hotel one would think they put some extra consideration when constructing workout facility. Anyone who works out could address this facility pretty easily

: Loved the cocktails in the library and sitting by the pool relaxing at sunset.
: The restaurant experience was absolutely awful - we sat on the patio for lunch and after ordering, we were ignored for the entire meal. No drink refills were offered, we asked for extra items that were never brought out and it took ages to track down a server to even get our bill. We also did not have silverware nor napkins at the table even once the food was brought out - we waited several minutes as the food was getting cold until they could locate them for us. Very disappointing for that price point - won’t eat in the hotel restaurant again.

: The service was impeccable.
: The room decor was underwhelming. The valet service damaged all four wheels on my new car, then denied it. I spoke to a manager about but she had already made up her mind before even taking a look at the car. Her tone was condescending and disrespectful as she told me that her people couldn't have done it. I asked if there was security cameras on all parking areas and she admitted that there was not. She said she would "investigate" the situation. Two hours later she calls saying she was done with the investigation and that it wasn't caused by any staff member of the Emma. If you stay there, you might want to make other parking arrangements.
