  : The location of the property is excellent. The staff was friendly and I love the layout of the 2 bedroom suite.
  : The property is long overdue for a renovation. We were charged for an overnight parking lot attendant, we didn’t see him once. We had no housekeeping services and had to ask for new towels each night. The lighting in the room is dark and the furniture and appliances are worn out in terms of function as well as aesthetic. Not at all impressive for $250 plus per night. We actually would have been better off paying for an AirB&B but thought this may have been a better quality. It was not.

  : Staff were attentive - the breakfast person on June 20th was wonderful and went out of her way to make decaf for me. The woman after her (June 21-24) was not as attentive and slow to add food.The desk staff were great, assisting me with the pet policy and printing out our boarding passes.I like the idea of receiving a call, soon after getting into our room, asking if we needed anything and they srrived with additional pillows a few minutes later.The pool was a nice plus.The breakfast area was kept neat and clean.
  : The hotel needs updating - furniture is dark and old and lends to a dark atmosphere. Your pet policy should be limited to certain rooms. I am allergic to pet hair and dander, and would never have stayed at Sonesta if I knew. Decaffeinated coffee should be available as a staple with the regular coffee. It should not be a special request.
