  : The house is roomy, hot shower, decently equipped kitchen, fast internet, close to Lake Arrowhead Village.
  : The shower was not cleaned before we move in. Some hair conditioner left stuck on the shower wall. A pinch of hair left in shower drain. The upstair shower doesn't drain very well.The driveway is VERY steep. Roughly a 45 degree 40ft long one lane slope. There was 3+ inches thick snow covering the entire driveway when we arrived. Even a 4 wheel drive SUV with snow chains and fairly new tires couldn't go up the driveway. We spent more than an hour shoveling the snow. The 4 wheel drive vehicle could finally make it up the driveway. The 2 wheel drive vehicle couldn't.Their garage door doesn't work. We had to park the car outdoor during snow storm. Guess what, more manual snow cleaning and shoveling the next day.It's EXHAUSTING.They won't let you check in until 4pm and the check out time is 10am. Later check in time and earlier check out time than other places we've stayed.There are one bedroom downstair and 2 upstair.The 2 upstair bedrooms don't get any heat. Only downstair has heat. There's a single pane window and a single pane glass door connecting to the balcony in the master bedroom, so the insulation in the master bedroom upstair is not good. It's colder than other rooms. They provided an extra blanket in the master bedroom. The other bedroom upstair only has one thin bed cover like blanket. Not enough for winter. We stated having six guests when we booked this place. One of us used the living room sofa bed. They don't provide any blanket for the sofa bed guest. Luckily we brought a couple extra blankets. The property manager or host is not responsive. We asked the host a couple questions couple days before our arrival, no response the whole time as of now, I'm writing a review after we left.We paid for two nights and stayed only one. Didn't feel like staying any longer. It costed us $650+ per night with tax and fees.
