  : The unit itself was nice
  : Despite watching a YouTube video the facility sent demonstrating how to use the key-entry system, we could not figure out how to lock the door. As a result, we had to leave the door unlocked while we were out, which meant we had to bring all our valuables with us every time we left, though that still left our clothes at risk as well as us at risk of being responsible for theft from or damage to the apartment. I finally decided to text the manager to lock the door for us, which he did once. I requested he lock it on the day we departed, but don't know if he did. Also, there was a lot of noise and commotion, including fights, involving homeless people living on the road (Ocean Blvd) directly in front of the building, not what we had hoped for given how much we paid to stay there.

  : It was close to the beach and we had two bathrooms.
  : No toilet paper when we got into the suite. Had to go and buy our own. We were given two different check in times, 3pm and 4pm. There was no A/C and the fans they supplied didn’t do anything. We were asked to “do them a favor” by starting the laundry before we left. Um...no. First - we paid $2600 for this place, doing laundry should be the last thing we are thinking about. Second - there’s a national coin shortage and we couldn’t find two quarters to rub together. One of the women who also must own a place there screamed at me, my kids, and other people for not wearing masks even though we had just rinsed off and were about to get into the apartment (we were literally in front of our door.) There was Samsung Galaxy in the apartment that when turned on, wasn’t even for the unit we were in. Also, there was a murder down the block...that can’t be helped, but it did make for an exciting evening.
