  : Paint was peeling in the room. Room was not the best. Lime scale build up in the bathroom. Shower was not working. Spa was broken.

  : Very nice and quiet location, welcoming and nice lobby, decent gym, comfortable bed.
  : Dated rooms requiring renovation, reduced cleaning service (every other day) but no hovering of bathroom. Hair remained on the floor. Even on arrival, foreign hair was found on bathroom floor. Disgusting carpets. Food was offered for in-room dining, but food was placed in a box instead of proper plates and I had to walk up twice to get my purchase to the room. Three waiters were chatting away (no other guests were in the lobby) and not willing support me. The robot wasnt operating, also it was promoting room service. Salate Caprese contained 3 slices of tomatoes and 3 slices of mozzarella for $18. No value for money.

  : I didn't like that I informed the young lady that I was handicap, and was using the park for handicap and she said she would dismiss the charge upon checking out I learned she hadn't done so.
  : For the most part my stay was great

  : They charge to park in their own parking lot! My biggest qualm was the surprise charge Scammy and its not even patrolled so your not even paying for extra security or anything. Hotel is nice but right on the cusp of feeling dated. Needs an upgrade soon.

  : Location was perfect for us
  : Everything was an extra charge to the point it was crazy. They had one regular coffee pod in our room and there were 2 people and we asked for additional pods they wanted to charge us 2 dollars per coffee pod so no free coffee in the room. Parking in a regular parking lot that had warnings that tree sap could get on your car they wanted to charge 12 dollars a night. There was no where else to park so they are playing bait and switch with pricing.
