  : Balcony was ok.
  : The service was very poor, and the room was a bit beat up. I showed up early (1pm) and couldn’t do early check in, which is fine, but upon returning around 5:15pm, my room was still not ready.. Once we were able to check in, the room had no towels, and it took them over an hour to supply them.

  : The staff working at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The actual hotel was very nice on the inside and the accommodations were more than adequate.
  : DO NOT BOOK HERE. We booked this hotel for a 4 night stay, canceled after 1 night (HAPPILY losing money to not have to continue to stay here) and booked a different hotel in a different area of the city. The location of this hotel is absolutely terrible. Do not book this hotel thinking you will be able to safely walk the area, I understand I can be partly to blame for not better researching this, but we have stayed in this brand of hotel before and they are nice and the stay are great, I can say the same about this hotel, but the surrounding areas are the dealbreaker for me. I felt very unsafe walking just across the street to a drug store. I had to basically force the valet attendants on multiple occasions to do their jobs and for $65 parking a night this is unacceptable. Asked for additional towels and they never came.Between the constant noise of the mass transit train honking its horn the entire night as it passed, a pool party full of non-hotel guests, with loud blasting music at the hotel pool on a Sunday afternoon (???), this hotel being attached to a bar where the line wraps around the building blocking the entrance to the front door of the hotel, and the unsafe environment surrounding the exterior of the hotel are just a few reasons I will not be return to this hotel when we visit San Deigo again.

  : Some of staff were friendly and behave polite. On the roof there is a pool and bar. Close to convention centrum.
  : The hotel is not as 5*, as per the European rating should be only 3*. The cleanless was not good too - the dust in room, papers/napkins of floor in elevator. In the bathroom there was a mould in corners of room. We found that hotel is after the reconstruction, unfortunatelly was not visible (we paied premier room). Breakfast menu is not bad but no option of fruits or vegatable as a garnish. The location is in the heart of the old town, unfortunatelly this hotel area is crowded of homeless people. We did not feel safe at night even the city was full of business people atteneding BIO convention as we were.

  : Breakfast was OK, would prefer more fruits and vegetable with served dish. We appreciated complimentary morning coffee in lobby.
  : We found the dust in room and mould in bathroom. After the arrival, the elevator was dirty (papers, spots of floor...) Close to the hotel this area was full of homeless. Also we saw that homeless went to elevator, went up, no reaction from receptionist... Hotel is not 5* as announced. The service in the reception was slow. The check out process tooked more than 30 minutes, my colleafues (we booked 2 rooms) had the same experience.

  : This is a very bad hotel that I see. for first veley parking is leave me wait 30min on the street. I was book room with breakfast for 3 adults and in hotel they told me that breakfast for 2 and and after that they told me that breakfast only 50$ credit for 2 adults and another part I need to pay. very bad service.
