  : The place is nice, the beds are comfortable and everything else works very well, it has good natural light and is close to everything, the parking place is near the elevator, security is good
  : The host may not know what happens in the building, since he does not live there, and in the description of the advertisement he does not say:There is a construction in front of the place, which works with machines from 6am, the noise is unbearable.One of the neighbors smokes marijuana all day, and the hallway and part of the apartment smell like that.We had a problem with the amenities of the building, since when we asked the host if they existed and if we could use them, he said no because of the pandemic, but he never said that we could not use them because external guests cannot, when we arrive at the place, the facilities were open ..

  : There are Large rooms, clean, easy access to Gaslamp District. Great resturant near by, Punch Bowl Social.
  : No shower mats in quest bathroom. A little slippery. Lower water pressure, maybe just California. Only one remote, needed more when having multiple great.

  : The property is very nice, safe & offered good parking. The room was clean. The 3 actual beds that where available where comfortable. The kitchen was spacious.
  : I wish I would have known ahead of time that the extra beds were actually air mattresses. I could have warned the others in my group because not everyone is a fan. Could use hooks to hang things on in the bathrooms.

  : Communication with the host was good. He met me at the property, and was very helpful with any questions or concerns I had. There was a problem with the fob and he took care of the issue within a couple of hours. Covered parking, and assigned parking spot. Spacious bathrooms, nice kitchen, and I liked the hardwood floors.
  : The unit was not available upon my arrival, and I was told I’d receive some type of refund. The refund wasn’t much, and not to mention I have yet to receive it nor was my deposit returned. The floor was still sticky near the couch and it was some unidentified stains on the curtains to the master room. Washing machine had a bad smell, so had to wash clothes at an offsite location. It’s construction going on and the location of the room makes it very difficult to sleep in because of the loud noise. The elevators aren’t the fastest, so it’s usually a wait, and I hate the fact I couldn’t use the balcony. However, it’s understandable why they keep it locked.
